  1. Slight difference in that that was a violent riot where racist thugs were trying to get inside and attack innocents inside the building, did attack police, burned property etc. No one is advocating anything violent here at all
  2. Plenty of precedent for no one being prosecuted, as long as it’s peaceful/non violent. You’ll probably get a stadium ban under Chansiri but who cares about that?
  3. Why you guys paying for ifollow, get a stream aggregator and stop giving DC your cash
  4. So he’s wanting £100m probably…..
  5. Stop boring everyone with your negative drivel?
  6. Southampton clearly trying to prey on teams like us and Swansea, despite their many millions in prem tv money and parachute payments. Absolute vultures- Chansiri is right to tell them to f*ck off tbh, the system is rigged enough as it is. Spitefully recalling Charles is pathetic on their part as well, could severely damage the development of a player who's thrived under Röhl's coaching and looks destined for big things. On Chansiri, I actually think he deserves some credit for managing to get Röhl to sign a contract with a big release clause. However he acts like a complete ******** and getting in a strop with Röhl for considering how to further his career is just idiotic. If he wants to be our chairman and not be universally hated by all fans he absolutely has to back the best manager we've had in my lifetime in the transfer window.
  7. Don’t think so, you put your 4 strongest takers first as you might not need the 5th one. If Lowe scored we’d have been 3-1 up and very likely won it
  8. Let’s be reyt, if he’s coming from Brisbane, then Sheffield, London, Middlesbrough whatever, it’s all a f*ckin sh*thole
  9. Thought Lowe was great at LB second half in a back four, totally nullified Wilson. Johnson is great at LWB. As long as those two stay fit then I don't think left side defence is a priority area. Would definitely prefer a commanding centre half
  10. What system is he playing in there?
  11. What a nice bloke. Great vlog and very complimentary about us despite being obviously gutted to lose
  12. Beadle: 7- some good saves Valery: 6- not his best game Bernard: 7- solid and dependable as usual Famewo: 7- strong Valentín: 7- drives forward and defends well when needed M. Lowe: 7- some great through balls S. Charles: 9 mom : outstanding, kid has everything- would have been a 10 if he’d not switched off slightly for their goal Bannan: 7: battled hard and even won a few headers Gassama: 8- carries the ball and wins loads of fouls Ingelsson: 6- looked good at times but not really skilful enough to play there J. Lowe: 7- some great touches and nice work for 1st goal Musaba: 8- stunning run forward for the winner Ugbo: 7- got involved Johnson: 6 Smith: 6 Paterson: n/a Whitestone (ref): 5
  13. Ugbo struggling a bit recently to get in games but I’d back him to score when a good chance comes to him. Smith on the other hand put a glorious free header chance straight at the keeper
  14. Absolutely immense. Well played Dish
  15. nah it’s looped right up in the air over him, never reaching that unless he’s 7.5 ft tall
  16. Beadle: 7 - one particularly good save Palmer: 7 - solid, nice between the lines work for 1st goal Ihiekwe: 8 - wins all the headers Famewo: 9 - fabulous composure, strength and defensive commitment MOM Valery: 7 - quick, great touch, whips in crosses Johnson: 8 - strong running and directness is a big asset to us S. Charles: 8 - looks a proper player, fab on the ball, strong in the tackle Bannan: 8 - wee magician Windass: 8 - big part in 2 goals Kobacki: 6 - something there but not really effective Ugbo: 6 - link up play is good, not quite getting in the right positions sometimes? M. Lowe: 6 - great pass for winner, didn’t stop Fellows which Johnson had been doing all game Musaba: 7 - so much energy, great run into the box for easy finish Smith: 6 - meh Ingelsson: n/a Toner (ref): 7
  17. Jeez really folk’ll moan at owt on here
  18. Leeds were unfortunately excellent against us, as were Sunderland
  19. We could have changed the setup and we might have got something out of the game with a low block and pump balls in the box style.. but it’s abundantly clear that Röhl wants us to play the high press. At this stage of the season and with a lot of new players in the 11 I don’t have a problem with that. Sometimes you need to fail at something to improve in the long run. Players will learn from the last 2 games. Unfortunately we’ve come up against sides with players worth £100m or more and they’ve been too good for us
  20. We had Storey and Mcguinness in different seasons so you’re just making stuff up there, and neither were our player. Don’t think Storey is any better than a few of our current CBS either.
  21. Can you point me to when we’ve had a better set of CB’s than Bernard, Iorfa, Ihiekwe, Diaby, Famewo in the last 5 or 6 years, cos I’m struggling with that one
  22. You weren’t watching very closely then. First 60 we played a defensive 343 /523 and let them have the ball in their own half. Second 60 we played an attacking 4231 and the ‘heavy metal’ press with our forwards constantly harrying opposition defenders
