    I don’t think we have the real estate anywhere in Sheffield, without significant compulsory purchases, to build a new stadium anywhere near the centre. Id love to think a new owner could knock down the Lep and North and build the first stage of a modern renovation.

    Chansiri should be forced to sell the club (and stadium) for what he originally bought it for as it’s seemingly in a worse state now than when he bought it. Are there no such rules in place from the EFL to enforce that?
