  1. I've been slowly moving away from Wednesday over the last 10 years and getting more involved at Kiveton Park FC. Started off volunteering by painting the cafe walls, then got roped into cutting the grass - ten years on I'm groundsman/social media editor/programme editor/Over 35s player (reduced to 5th choice keeper now...) It's fantastic being a part of a community and knowing you make a real difference. As Chansiri said, we're just customers at SWFC - you're more than that in non-league. Me marking lines last year -
  2. Stay at Hillsborough. - Flatten the Kop and build a new one like at Anfield - Flatten the West Stand and build a new one like at Blackburn - Refurbish the North with wider concourses and executive boxes at the back (World Cup plans) - Refurbish the South
  3. 93 cup final replay. I was 7, my mum let me watch the game but when it went to extra-time she sent me to bed so I listened to it on the radio/alarm clock I had. Was just finishing writing down the five I wanted to take penalties when they scored in injury time. It was the first time I realised how cruel football could be. They'd already beaten us in the League Cup final so my 7yo brain thought it automatic that we'd have the FA Cup to make it fair - I sobbed my heart out that night.
  4. It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia my all-time favourite TV show - above anything. Seeing Rob McElhenney trying to help Sheffield Wednesday is mind-boggling. Hopefully he can persuade Danny DeVito to buy us...
  5. I presume Leeds have sold out, and a fair chunk are buying in the South Stand.
  6. Barnsley are. I suggested it to the SHFA a few years ago when I was on their county cup steering group - glad to see Wednesday back in it.
  7. Not if 10,000 fans barricade the entrances hours before kick-off.
  8. Had a fair few from DHGate now and all been great. Got the
  9. I've given Will special permission to do his pre-season running on my pitch at Kivo, on the proviso that KPFC get a sell-on fee when he signs for Barcelona... Seriously though, a really nice lad with a top attitude, always courteous, and surrounded by a lovely family who are all big Wednesdayites. Would love it if he makes his first team debut this season.
  10. I know of one high-ranking ex-employee who would love nothing more than to highlight Chansiri's working practices from the very earliest days of his time at S6. A big Wednesdayite who left within months of Chansiri arriving as he couldn't work under him anymore.
  11. Not sure how I missed this, but I'm absolutely thrilled to see Ambrose might be getting a new headstone. Donated.
