Fine thanks! That's what I mean,the contracts would have been for more than 7k therefore couldn't (technically) be honoured by the club (I'm betting that's what the players legal stance was )

They were on more than 7k per week,for us to offer them an extension to their current contract means paying them more than 7k - which we Can't (embargo),therefore they would not accept the new terms - checkmate! * only applies to those 2

Believe it or not the lad who has a season ticket in front of me (on t'kop) lives in Edinburgh and is a Hearts fan! He doesn't come to every match but still buys a season ticket! I pick him up from train station when he does travel down.

As a kid /teen-ager through those years I didn't know any different,I thought that's how we were,I was a Wednesdayite so the politics didn't matter! However ,being older and "wiser", I can now understand that it was a complete shambles of a time.... But nothing on the scale of the sh!tshow we have now,nobody in the history of Sheffield Wednesday fc has done as much damage to its credibility as Dejphon Chansiri !!!
