  1. Many many apologies. Meant to put agree not Couldn't agree more.
  2. Thank very very much. BWFC another proper football club that will not allow itself to be dragged down by idiots. Our clubs are the heartbeat of what's great about this game.
  3. Well what a wonderful day . We're buzzing. He's on half term and my wife took him to PNE club shop to by a shirt. Apparently he said to the sales assistant "I'm wearing it tonight when we beat the piggies ". Nowt to do with honest
  4. Nope going into admin also.
  5. I know. Grandson (sadly PNE fan - his dad's fault) just looked at me with alarm and said "are you alright Grandad?" after I read that. So proud to be a Trust member. They've played it brilliantly. Back to my seat (in the South of course) tommorrow.
  6. It's utterly bizarre isn't it.
  7. Yes come Big D let's get Oxford sold out.
  8. Things are changing buddy. Do keep up. Baloney indeed.
  9. That's my main concern. Wonder if he's aware of the NAP loan situation?
  10. He also said "if you know what you're doing". DC
  11. He didn't say that. He was saying that a buyer would have to fund it (which then means that less money from the proceeds of the sale goes to Chansiri - he didn't actually say that but that was his implication) . No tax payers money will be lost. The regulator really acts like an administrator - runs the club until sold and monies are paid through sale proceeds. But we're probably looking at admin anyway which helps the regulator. He also said that Chansiri now has to realise that the regulator is likely to have the lever and leverage to take the club off him - he can't just sit there. Posters on other threads talking about admin are looking increasingly correct if not same thing with the regulator.
  12. Yep that's my understanding as well
  13. Sally, Sally, Sally please spend a few minutes reading about the new IFR'S legal responsibilities and powers. Then read media interviews with Kogan/Clive Betts they know how this will evolve. It will really cheer you up. Liquidation of a football club is now not an option. By government order to the regulator. It will be taken off him and sold first.
  14. Yes I think "talking" doesn't have to happen to actually achieve what you're suggesting. HMRC have a problem IFR can help them solve that problem long term . A WUP gives IFR more evidence on top of the mountain they already have to remove said problem. What's illegal? No "talking " required.
  15. My wife's a Wanderer. Bolton that is . Second time we've been through this poo. All the best to you and thanks.
  16. Sigh!! You know when you look at all the s**t flying at this fool from all directions and the only friends that he seems to have are the kids in the photos huddled around him as though they are trying to protect him from all those nasty people who don't respect him you really do have to wonder. What the hell is he getting out of any of this? What an incredibly strange man and such a loser.
  17. What an absolutely wonderful post TAZ. Outstanding
  18. KopDweller I really admire your efforts here. What you write is factual and correct but you're arguing with someone who obviously hasn't read the legislation, knows little of parliamentary process and ignores media interviews (Kogan/Betts etc). Carry on if you want but I don't see the point myself. As Kogan said this is a legally set up regulator that is very shortly about to use it's powers to help deal with the swfc problem. This will be prioritised. If no one else puts us into administration the regulator will if it needs to which will be the best outcome. That last bit is just my opinion. Wouldn't trust Chansiri with any decision about who to sell the club to. Also secondary legislation is not about debate it's about filling in gaps so that the regulator can work faster, more efficiently and flexibly if needed. It's a final check. It doesn't take long to complete. I think we'll soon see the local media guys start to comment on this when they feel confident just like they've started to do with HMRC /winding up stuff. Apparently we're fools. He's a reyt un is owd Chester
  19. Time frames totally inaccurate. Secondary legislation takes around 28 to 40 days to complete. It is hardly ever blocked. Consultation process on Owners and Directors test already completed - Kogan has confirmed this in interviews. Not being done as a whole process. Other functions of the IFR will take up to start of 26/27 season to be in operation but our specfic "problem" could even be ready to be acted on in November but Chansiri will certainly start to feel pressure before the year end. Good chance you'll be "looking a little foolish". Your statement I've highlighted in bold - laws and regs have existed from July - you can read them they have been passed by parliament. Your statement is your opinion but much is inaccurate.
  20. Sorry shouldn't have done the political thing did it after your post. Didn't see it.
  21. Never really heard of Rebecca until mentioned on this site so watched her Glastonbury set. Superb. Such energy. A great show. What a talent. Great backing singers/dancers. I'm now an even bigger 73 year old fan knowing she's an Owl and hates that gobshite opportunist Farage (sorry to be political )
  22. Thanks. They would have to pass the owners and directors test.
  23. You mentioned in an earlier post that the £450000 is due on 15th? With the Coventry money would this be enough to settle this months wages etc? You might not know but what would be you're best guess?
  24. You know throughout this whole shambles of a situation the one thing that keeps me smiling is how absolutely brilliant Chansiri is at losing. He's just so useless. Don't try to figure out what the masterplan is. There isn't one. But it isn't funny when he's causing such damage to ordinary good people's lives. Great pic that.
