  1. What’s it got to do with you.
  2. I’d be amazed if every morning at the regulators office there aren’t several answer phone messages from Clive Betts…. He’s not going to let this drop.
  3. Can you add an option for the fans who went on the pitch?
  4. Early bird season tickets going on sale as early as October…… what a f**king joke!!
  5. My concern is that there are a lot of people who are currently saying they won’t renew but when push comes to shove they will.
  6. It’s going to be really interesting to see what he does with season tickets this year. Will he heavily discount them knowing fans aren’t going to renew in high numbers or will he carry on ripping fans off as he can’t afford not to? He put them on sale just before Xmas last year, will he do it again or will he do it even earlier as he’s that desperate he’s now embarrassing himself trying to sell African gold? If fans hold their nerve I’m convinced as an easy PR goal as well as a good way to make money, any new owners coming in will almost certainly put the early birds back on sale again anyway so fans really need to boycott an early bird sale under Chancer if they truly care about the future of the club.
  7. What’s more tiresome is me giving up my season ticket after having one for over 2 decades only to see fans who can’t even give up their match day pint in the stadium. I think it boils down to some fans caring more than others.
  8. If that date is true then he really is desperate for money. If fans hold their nerve and don’t renew, the IFR will force him out and a new owner will come in and probably put season tickets back on sale for the early bird prices anyway. Even in League 1 with new owners we’d probably sell 20k.
  9. Agreed. If he has to pay for extra stewards every match just in case the fans enter the pitch, it’ll only increase the pressure financially on him even more which is a good thing. Flying a drone into the stadium might not be a bad idea either.
  10. XBana Milan. Rest in peace.
  11. Morons the lot of em. Those fans have no business moaning about the match today.
  12. Whatever they announce, the club will be fully aware of how many season ticket holders aren’t showing up to games anymore and it’ll be setting alarm bells off with Early bird season tickets sales just over the horizon.
  13. I don’t think anyone is naive enough to think the regulator will come in and get rid of him within a matter of weeks. Realistically most fans know the idiot won’t let the club go without a fight but legislation has been changed and we already know they’re going to be given the power to remove him (which they will). My own personal feeling is they’ll probably get rid of him by the Spring which given as I’ve already written this season off anyway, I’m ok with that. As long as a new owner has chance to come in and start the rebuild in good time ahead of our League 1 campaign I’ll be ok with it. Powers of the IFR The IFR has a range of escalating powers it can use against unsuitable owners: Removal Directions: The IFR can direct an unsuitable owner or director to take steps to be removed from their position by a specified date. Ownership Removal Orders: If a person fails to comply with a removal direction, the IFR can issue an order forcing their removal. Disqualification Orders: The IFR can disqualify an individual from being an owner or director of any regulated club for a set or indefinite period. Appointment of Trustees: In the most extreme cases, where an owner fails to comply with removal orders, the IFR can appoint trustees to act on behalf of the owner and sell the club.
  14. Has Selles stayed on, I’m genuinely not convinced he’d have done any worse than Wilder has.
  15. As I mentioned in another thread, if he has the money why is he embarrassing himself trying to sell this African gold? I’d also add, given the IFR start their work on 1st November, it would be a huge act of self harm him deciding to stop paying the staff, stop paying the players, stop paying HMRC and stop paying other clubs for transfer fees owed.
  16. What’s Wilders record since being back, is it 3 defeats in 4? That’s not much better than the guy he replaced.
  17. There’ll be plenty of talk about strikes but when push comes to shove they’ll all make themselves available for the next league match. No idea why, possibly because they know they’re secured creditors so will get their money at some point, shame the non playing staff don’t have that reassurance.
  18. Looks class pal, I’ve got this one on order too.
  19. In all fairness I’m not sure how much I’d be trying at work if I’d not been paid either. Why bother risking getting an injury when you can hand your notice in if you don’t get paid on time at the end of the month?
  20. Well done each and every fan that took part in this protest. Total respect from me to you all.
  21. Right now while his staff are taking out bank loans to pay their mortgages and put food on the table for their kids, this vile little specimen is sat back with his arms folded pretty much saying “I get what I want or you can all go f**k yourselves”. The guy is a complete and utter c**t.
  22. When he came asking fans for £2m to pay his bills I’d pretty much had enough. I then attended the march through the park which was pretty poorly attended, the protests in the stadium weren’t very impressive either and after numerous occasions where I got into arguments with other fans on the North Stand for calling for Chancer to go I drew the conclusion that our fanbase didn’t want to do anything about the owner so thought I’d have a break from it all.
  23. The only way I see this effecting the a**e hole is it’ll mean him having to accept a much lower bid for the club when the regulator forces him to sell, which would be amusing.
  24. We are going down this season anyway so let’s get all the punishments out of the way now so we can start next season in League 1 with new owners and a clean slate. The one silver lining of this would be when the regulator sets a fair price for the sale of the club, it’ll mean Chumpsiri having to settle for a hell of a lot less than he otherwise would do. When he leaves us I want him to be financially ruined.
  25. Gutted but we have no option to bring any quality off the bench and at the end out players were running on fumes
