  1. Added a couple of DC rants where possible!!!! The EFL have the interest of fans at heart - errrrrrr????
  2. I'd expect them to walk away to be quite honest, that would not be unprofessional, it would be a wise career move and best for their own development and family. Legally they're not breaching contract when they've not been paid are they! They've every right to stop working
  3. I think the window for DC willingly to sell has probably gone, any interested buyer 3-4 months ago has been told he wants £100m and are likely to be less inclined to even meet £50m after the demise of the last few months, this is going to the regulator, HMRC winding up order or some other way. What a clown to think he is above paying wages/taxes etc etc, surely it's going to end badly for him now!!!
  4. Football supporter psychology is pretty interesting. I think you're probably right, many feel that an owner is so inter connected with SWFC that many cannot detach the two. As for me DC couldn't be any further detached from what I think SWFC is and should be striving to be. He represents the antithesis of football ownership and that is becoming the realisation for many football fans, not just Wednesday fans, the longer it goes on he becomes a symbol of shambolic, chaotic idiocy that is every football fans nightmare.
  5. I'm certain the IFR will be useful bit I don't think they'll have the immediate powers to force a dissolution of DCs shares as we all hope. It will be a long drawn out process a) of trying to communicate with a man who is in hiding in Thailand and b) gathering historic, current and future evidence of which there is and will be mountains. It will take time, patience and persistence. The Trust and fans need to have a much longer term view and plan, than January 2026 IMO.
  6. Kogan also claimed the regulator's powers to evaluate owners and directors will be far more extensive, with "access to much greater knowledge and much greater ability to intervene", but warned that it may face legal challenges from clubs. This is the big issue, the reason we can only get cautiously optimistic IMO.
  7. I mean, it won't make him decide the next morning to sell, I hope fans see it as a big picture, this is just adding some colour to it. Long term thinking is needed it's a long term strategy right!!!
  8. 100% Sky had a good 5 minutes focussed on us in that time, literally all over socials within minutes! Even facilitated some larger vocal protests than I’ve heard from our fans!!
  9. I guess they think they're helping the unpaid players out or something? They don't realise the way we get rid of DC is through him not paying players/bills/debts etc
  10. Surely only ones that have already got Sts, if not were giving DC £40 a time and prolonging the agony as he crawls on!!
  11. Every pound not spent is a pound closer to the day DC is gone! Every pound he gets gives him extra energy and a stay of execution! Do what you can! Personally I can’t give that clown another penny and will not break my resolve until it’s confirmed that he’s out!
  12. Weighing up the results away from home (even this season) against the minimal amount that goes into DC's pocket from away tickets sold, I'd probably go with sell outs away, boycott home (if you've not got a ST)
  13. That's actually a brilliant story!!!! Never underestimate what we're doing or say it's not working, or question 'what will it achieve?' https://www.facebook.com/reel/1436702334677057
  14. With a bit of luck the new owners might be persuaded to offer a special deal on season tickets to get the fans back in the ground. Would be sound business, they’ve got a lot of repairing to do!!
  15. Yeah I'm not overly fearful of any repercussions. At the end of the day this is all on one man and any points deductions/fines even being relegated while not being great for the fans reflects further on DCs poor ownership and strengthens the position of the IFR and all those seeking him to let go of us. I'm probably at the point of 'get him out at all costs'
  16. It wouldn’t be the worst if DC f**** ***
  17. Absolutely! We keep (not)going!!!!
  18. You can't 2nd guess this man. I would not put it passed him to hang well beyond Dec/Jan. I didn't believe he'd throw every pound at 2 seasons, I didn't believe he'd fall out with fans so drastically, I didn't believe he'd not have a future plan for years 3-11, I didn't believe he'd sell the ground to himself and get the financial years muddled and get us points deductions, I didn't believe he'd not pay players. Why would you believe anything about DC, he's a completely unpredictable, off the chart, bat poo crazy narcissist who absolutely hates the fans for protesting when in his own head he has done nothing wrong!!!!
  19. No he lost the right when he shafted circa £180m of his own money and the same amount of our money, don't forget that!!!! He lost the right when he failed to plan anything beyond 2 years of ownership, he lost the right at every opportunity to communicate to his supporters, he lost the right when he waged war with the community. He has no right to ever step foot inside Hillsborough again. And if he does he wouldn't last more than 5 minutes!! He has zero rights IMO
  20. I disagree, DC is miles away because of the protests, cornered into his own little world. We know he is allover social media and knows what's going on. Don't believe for one second that every chant, every black and gold shirt every scarf warn doesn't hurt him. Every pound not spent is another punch in the gut and a damning assessment of his ownership. Of course it's the reason staff don't get paid because of this, it's horrible for them but you're missing the point if you're giving money to DC so that he can continue running the club at any level. The big picture here is we want DC out, he must never think that he has any right to continue 'running' this club!!
  21. Yesss love the optimism
  22. Business as usual for DC! Hes doing his best he loves the club and fans and especially Barney!!!! £10m of gold could be yours for only £100m!!!! Defeat at Brum I’d imagine!!
  23. That thread title sends my heart/head into instant panic mode!!!!!
  24. As if anyone against us would stop!!!! In a kinder world everyone would stop
  25. Imagine some comms with supporters about how were going to approach the rest of the season, plans for next transfer window, info on wage budget, plan for employing people in vital areas of the club, plan for scouting network!! All easy wins that we've not experienced in 10+ years. Any (all) of these would connect fans back to the club!!!
