maguire wasn't great, but was still one of our better players. completely the wrong sub to make, so many players should have been taken off instead of him, so i don't blame him for walking down the tunnel.

Not lita. Lita will keep you up, he certainly aint gonna take us anywhere. I want us to sign a young hungry striker on loan, and then utilize JJ and Antonios pace up front. We have 4 pacey wingers/forwards now, we need something different to Lita who aint that quick and goes missing half the game. I'm greatful for his goals last season, but we need to move on. There are thousands of strikers around the world, use our scouting network to get a young hungry striker either on loan from a top team or on the cheap from a foreign team.

Leroy is a striker that will keep you in the championship, but not a striker that is going to get you promoted. It depends what your aiming for. Personally, although he has done his best in a system that really does not suit him, i would be disappointed if he is the striker we go for because as i said, i don't think he suits our style and he isn't going to get us promoted. Depends if you want to finish in the bottom half, or want to try for the playoffs.
