Absolutely, it’s just getting the confusion of people thinking the council own the ground etc when it’s the training ground. It’s a simple Chinese whisper scenario and the OP is wanting to understand the dynamics.
People get both confused. The stadium is fully owned by chansiri (after selling it to himself). The ground has a ACV on it so can’t be used for anything else apart from a football stadium.
The training ground is a lease hold off the council but is for hundreds of years (correct me if I’m wrong). It’s kind of like owning an apartment or house where you don’t own the freehold. Also to add that nobody in their right mind would build houses on the stadium land as it’s on a flood plane
Without sounding daft this could be the moment when TUC and chansiri’s dad become involved. People keep going on about chansiri’s tuna millions but he’s not actually involved with TUC (John west) his businesses are real estate/construction. Has anyone checked whether the two thia blokes in the stands that someone tweeted during the match looks like papa chansiri?
