If the lad had been at a club where he played every week, since the age of 18/19. He would have probably developed into a very good striker. Unfortunately, he's always been a bit of a bench warmer. For the record though, for a club in our position and with our financial situation, signing a striker like Hirst would be a great signing. Obviously will never happen though, for many reasons.

Cadz.... He has always seemed to be a good finisher. If he had played every minute Ugbo had this season he would have got a fair few. Shame he got injured at Lincoln...wasn't he the top scorer for them?

Apparently hes played 150 times in the prem. 32 times in the 22/23 season. I'm not sure what ppl expect us to sign in Jan but that's some decent quality and very recent.

One of those players that you would hate to play against. Which is why I like him. Plus he's actually a really good finisher and scores some big goals for us. Maybe not a starter every week...but absolutely is a very very useful sub.
