I have zero interest in getting ripped off going to a game.
I think "dynamic pricing" is the wrong term for what we are seeing. The correct term is "course correction"
The starting prices are absurd, but some will pay, to organise tickets, hotel, transport etc...
The local host city, days & hours before the games, will then be privvy to $50-$100 dollar tickets to make sure attendances are high per game.
So you'll have James from England, travelling and paying £3000+ for 1 game, but John from Canada will get to see the game for £40 as a neutral.
I think my plan is to attempt to be in America for 3 weeks during the world cup, to atleast be on the same time schedule. 3 weeks in Las Vegas will probably cost the same as going to 1 England game?
