  1. I appreciate your frustration and point of view but the EFL are only applying the rules that have been agreed by the clubs and their. hands are tied. They can’t make us a special case. Imagine if we avoided relegation by a couple of points having not had a points deduction, virtually every other club in the division would appeal, probably led by Wilder. They even had 2 points deducted last season. The irony is Chancer can’t fund a Championship club, so, in my opinion, he’ll let us sink to a level he can afford. That’s why it’s so important we try and pressure him financially this season to make it unsustainable for him. I don’t see a takeover anywhere on the horizon and I’m not counting on the Regulator either, but I hope I’m wrong. Dark days I’m afraid.
  2. Don’t blame the EFL. There”s only one person responsible for this.
  3. Giving their all, and then some, in an environment of chaos and confusion. What a set of characters these young uns are going to be.
  4. Wow. The bubbles got to burst, just got to.
  5. I’m going all optimistic. I reckon we’ll get something there. We had a great result at Pompey and were well worth a point yesterday. The lads are working their socks off and eventually I think it’ll catch up with us but we’re exceeding all my expectations.
  6. DC’s alternative to Black and Gold - tells you all you need to know.
  7. Taking a leaf out of DC’s book then. Hang in there.
  8. I think today’s the day drop into our finishing position.
  9. Could be out of the bottom 3 tomorrow
  10. I don’t think you’re being fair mate. I’m a ST holder, been watching Wednesday since the 60’s but they are not the priority in my life and a long way down the list of things I keep close tabs on. Of course I’m aware of the poor management of affairs over the last few years, but the s**t didn’t really hit the fan until the beginning of this year, after the early bird ST sales. I support the Trust, I won’t spend a penny in the ground, I won’t buy tickets for cup games, I won’t go to away matches, I’ll even boycott matches that I’ve already paid for as a ST holder if the Trust suggest it, no probs, and I hate what DC is doing to our club, but don’t judge people’s actions on the assumption that all fans are as fully immersed in SWFC as you are. And I don’t mean that in a sarcastic way.
  11. When there isn't a club to support. You maybe can forgive the odd one with special reasons but some are so set in their ways it's frightening. They're the ones who will really have problems if we go belly up, and that's still a strong possibility in my opinion.
  12. Am I right ?- I seem to remember the "loan" was taken out by SWFC, underwritten by Sheffield 3 and DC personally. So if there's a default SWFC become liable for the debt, if they can't pay, it's Sheffield 3's debt, and if they don't pay it's DC personally responsible. So if SWFC default could the lender petition SWFC for Administration ?
  13. The rate the team at No 10 are going they'll not be in power at xmas. Seriously though, you're right. They need a win in something, no chance witg the little boats, difficult budget coming up, need an easy target - DC's got a bulls eye on his head.
  14. Well done the London Owls and the Trust.
  15. Well done Grimsby.Hurts to say it but I hope they win. Less money for DC and gives us a chance of pushing for a top 6 place
  16. Well if this doesn't give DC a wake up call nothing will. Keep up the pressure - buy nowt.
  17. Just send him your bank A/C details and PIN number and he will do the rest. Can’t do enough for good customer
  18. You're wasting your time using the word "please". I doubt he knows what it means in his own language let alone English.
  19. Well I asked my two grandsons who they would support if we went out of business - I was dreading them saying the Blunts or Citee - they said you lot ! (Other side of the family support you lot despite living down London). So could be a long round trip for us. How I'm going to convert to a team wearing red and white stripes though is going to be a challenge. Hopefully I won't have to.
  20. None that I can see but If there was any logic in Chancers thinking he’d have sold the club by now. I think it’s his ego trip - ““Daddy owns a football club”. I think he wants to spend as little as possible and yet keep it running, feed his ego. The way to do that, cut the outgoings to a minimum which is what he’s done selling the players for peanuts. I fear for the club, and I don’t think the Regulator will come riding in on a white horse either.
  21. He’s selling every asset just to limp through the season. Then we’ll be relegated, lower income, lower outgoings, rinse and repeat. He’s not going to sell and we’ll be in the 2nd division in 2 years.
  22. This is when we turn the screw. Starve him of cash. It’s the only way.
  23. Like I said earlier, I hope you’re right about the regulator.
  24. I like your optimism and hope you’re right. I’m no lawyer, nor accountant, but I can see all sorts of loopholes. My main point is SWFC, and all clubs, do not have a god given right to be successful. If Chancer runs us “proficiently” as a League 2 club I just can’t see how they can order him to sell “his business”. As for his mismanagement over the last few years - yep there for all to see - but if he gives assurances and behaves himself this season, by the time the Regulator gets his act together the most recent evidence will be in his favour. (I don’t think he’s tripped up yet this season financially). This is why I think this season is so pivotal for the club. As painful as it is, we’ve got to get him to default on wages or hmrc payments. Starve him of cash. Come the new year and poor ST renewal, with the Regulator in full swing, we might just force his hand.
