The first mistake of DC, sacking Stuart Gray after he'd built a solid team spirit with a very average team. Can't help but wonder where we'd be if Milan hadn't sold to him.

Confess your unpopular opinions regarding SWFC
maldenowl replied to bebby's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Our fans/support is poor and the majory of our fans are completely deluded as to the size of our club. -
Atrocious again. Words cannot describe how bad this years kits are. This one looks like some sort of astronauts football kit. Nice logo but why the fizz is it so big?

How ever much I respect him, we don't.

Going from Röhl to Parkinson will be interesting to watch. -
I personally only want the Shaw group. Someone who really cares about the club versus someone who just wants to profit from it.

DC "we are not a selling club" DC - sells our highest potential asset. -
So sad it's come to this.

This will be the deal symon was talking about in the latest wtid pod

Starve him out. It's the only way.

Not sure about the name. Feel like something like Sheffield Winsday would go down much better with those on the fence.

Pretty sure vaulks disallowed goal was called by the lino

I follow the NFL, first/second year they went out and got the best free agent coach and then backed him when he wanted to cut their huge earning QB. Now have a young QB and went to the play offs year 3. Not loads to go off but seem to be run properly.

No matter what offer DC gets he will think he can get more, it will never happen.

The scariest stat you will read tonight
maldenowl replied to @owlstalk's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Yeah I get that. But that's a bit different. The example of chabolah was a bad one. In your example, when you pay good money and wages for players who don't come off, noone else wants to pick up the bill (Abdi and lots others). Again that's the price of doing business, not every player can come off, it's inevitable some won't. If you sign cheap players on the assumption not all will pay off then you'll be a bad side, you spend on good players to be good but ultimately some won't be. -

That's the whole point of having a squad. Chabolah plays, bannan or Charles out or inglesson. That's just the price of doing business, if you have. A thread bare squad to save Dosh you will undoubtedly get relegated. -
Invest in Hillsborough... or move?

He's a forward, not a midfielder. Hope he does go, bored of his antics by now and we need to move on to a new 'core' of the squad. This core has taken us as far as they can.

Recent form is poo but let's not forget how many games we've played well and not got what we deserve. We need better players in both boxes, for the most part DR has had the team playing at their peak which is all you can ask from the manager.

REVEALED : Three new groups considering buying SWFC
maldenowl replied to @owlstalk's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
The name Geoff Sheard is being spoken about online. -
I'm actually quite happy we're at the bottom of the list for this.

Replying to people like this, as if we weren't a big enough embarrassment.

Mike Ashley - Would you accept him?
maldenowl replied to 114mphAndRising's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Wilder already owns us unfortunately.
