You were saying earlier that he’s running the club on the bare minimum requirements to fulfil his obligations and the IFR won’t be able to touch him. I’m saying that we know that’s not the case because the EFL refused to ratify loan deals that would have been essentially cost neutral due to not having evidence that he can fund the club. So I want to know what’s making you believe he can fulfil his obligations.

So why wouldn’t the EFL ratify any of the free loans we lined up? He hasn’t been able to show he can fund the season even with the reduced wage bill
