The whole concept of "added on time" is utter nonsense and completely unnecessary. Other sports (namely rugby union because that is the one I watch) have a clock that stops when the referee says so. The clock in the stadium stops and starts when the referee says so. So when it gets to 80 minutes, that is the end of time. There's no sane reason why the same can't happen in football- it would've removed any controversy tonight, when Palmer scored against Peterborough and countless other matches. It's just another example of football being run and administered by utter clowns.

About 30 seconds after FT, my watch buzzed with this message.

Yes, completely. I know we are down too, but whilst I watch this, it feels like any other game that matters. I'm as nervous watching this as I was watching us on TV away at Blackburn and Sunderland at the end of 2023-24.

I don’t think extrapolating from 2,000 Trust members’ responses would give a realistic picture. I would be surprised if the Trust membership represents a true cross-section of our fan base. I joined because I was angry. I imagine a lot of other members are the same. I would suggest that those who are less angry and therefore more likely to renew, are also less likely to be members of the Trust.

I cannot tell you how much I hate this bloody song. Making me remember this song by Jessie J has made me almost as angry as watching what tunaman is doing to Wednesday.

Similar for me. I can download mine but not the boy’s. He doesn’t have a phone and he’s very young so will only ever be with me.

The suggestion that Hillsborough could be used for something else such as another sport or concerts etc. is fanciful. The underlying problems we have with the stadium as tenants now will still remain- it’s old, in need of significant repair work, significant modernisation work, and it’s not in a great location. Ultimately it’s not an attractive proposition. If we’re not playing there, it will just be left to rot (more than it already is).

I live near Sandygate so I might go up there on occasion when the weather’s decent to watch Hallam. But that’s it. I haven’t watched any PL football on TV for years because I just don’t care, so I’m not going to start caring now.

I have a great view from my seat on the North. If I’m forced to move somewhere inferior because of Chansiri’s negligence/incompetence, even for a limited period, I will be contacting my credit card company about a Section 75 refund.

I thought about this a while back when there was all the talk of the North being unsafe. Even forgetting about any rivalry for a minute, why would they let us use BL (or any other team let us use their stadium) given the state we’re in? We wouldn’t be able to pay them for it, and it being used every week would knacker their pitch.

As others have already implied, given the quality of the merchandise we sell, a boycott shouldn’t be difficult.
