  1. Went to a few away games last season which are always enjoyable but it’s been gradually less and less games at home. Its been a long time since going to Hillsborough was genuinely enjoyable for me personally, just look at the state of it, but when he started asking for £45-50 for tickets a couple of seasons ago, it was a case of enough is enough. It’s horrible to admit, but aside from a few promising young kids who will inevitably leave for nothing, there is so rarely anything positive about Wednesday, the club is always under a cloud, moving from one false dawn to another embargo, points deduction, relegation and possible winding up orders as we’ve had before, eventually it just wears people down. I’ve been ground hopping and watching more non league football recently, and the £10 tickets, beer in the stands and generally not giving a throw about the result has been so refreshing.
  2. Bog roll with his face on it would be a much bigger seller
  3. That Charlton goal is just a big bucket of gravy tbh
  4. Would have been a hilarious “DC hasn’t paid the clock guy” joke if we were at home. Pop back next week if you’re interested
  5. Only thing I can see coming out of this thread is the story about what went off between the coach and the mum.
  6. He’ll be sold to Charlton in January for 100k. Good on him though, looked the part since he’s come in and should only get better with games. Nice to have something positive to enjoy, just hope they can see this out now.
  7. Röhl had options, Pedersen doesn’t. Lets be honest, it really doesn’t matter anyway
  8. Saw a comment on Facebook that Pedersen is out of his depth and we need an experienced manager in quick, otherwise we’ll be in league 1 next season. Had no idea how to respond to that.
  9. Worryingly, I genuinely think some people will look at our mid table league 1 squad, and think there’s enough there to stay up, Then be surprised and disappointed when it doesn’t. The fact that these lads have battled through a couple of cup games and held their own in a couple of league games is admirable, but if they get more than 20 points this season they’ve done really well.
  10. One of the shots must have been saved, because the first goal wasn’t even a shot on target I know that’s irrelevant and unnecessary, but I’m understandably quite bored
  11. Compared to Steve Maclean, Nuhiu is some sort Ronaldo/Messi hybrid. I liked Maclean, but Nuhiu is by far the better player, it’s not even close
  12. Did they really go expecting Wednesday to win, and the fact they’re getting pumped is a surprise?
  13. Let’s be honest, the current situation is getting incredibly boring, and we’d all quite happily have it many other ways
  14. Have a nice day Don’t spend any money, If you see chansiri give him a clip round the ear. Enjoy the 3 points. Leroy Lita
  15. The way his night was going, I’d be disappointed if one of them wasn’t Horvath .
