The transfer business has been abysmal. Ugbo, Hamer, Chalobah, McNeill, Kobacki, Cissoko etc. Hatsuse and Ingellson still unproven, Armstrong has rarely been fit. Even Shea Charles vanished after we paid the big loan fee at Christmas.
