Early Bird Season Tickets - not permitted?
owler66 replied to Rotherham Owl's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Can he guarantee Wednesday will still be around at the start of next season, and if you buy what are the chances of getting your money back if Wednesday cease to trade, other than blind loyalty to Wednesday the club, you wouldn't part with a penny if that was another company after your money. -
He'll have that many soon He'll be looking at other clubs for swaps

Yep if you're a season ticket holder they'll only know your not going when you're not there, it's not like you've put leave in a couple of weeks before so he'll have to steward it accordingly -

I thought it was a good protest a good start in my opinion, he will now have to employ more stewards at a cost to him and it will give more people next time the courage to go on. I think this is just the start.- 184 replies

Sheffield Wednesday vs Birmingham omdt
owler66 replied to Maddogbob's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
It's was a shame it was just one attack to many, the lads were physically and mentally exhausted by then, just one clearance would've done it never mind brilliant effort -
I remember Oxford at home last season the last time I've been so I remember it well, it was worse than last night but that day the Ref didn't add a single minute in the 1st half and only 3 in the 2nd yes we were losing, it's as people say it's just the inconsistency that gets people mad

Just to quote myself sorry, but the first missed payment in November 19 was just 2 months after receiving 5 million for Bruce and we'd made a good start to the season reaching 3rd, he just seems to love wrecking any feel good factor at the club, the alarm bells were ringing very loudly then but Monk got the blame.

,If you're still thinking wants the point in protesting I can't change anything, even if it doesn't feel much do it, I'm lucky that I live near the ground so I can not go to the match but still go to the after match protest. If you go to the match join in the protest after even if its only for 10 minutes. The little bit I'm doing it might not do much in the grand scheme of things, but I feel good that I'm doing something no matter how small.

And the first one was before covid so he cant blame that as start of his problems

SWFC Trust announced protest plans for QPR home game
owler66 replied to @owlstalk's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Trouble with our fan base is it's full of middle aged people, who've had a decent life and hadn't had to protest about anything or fight for their rights, most of it had already been done by previous generations, I think they simply just don't know how to and just want to carry on as nothing is wrong because they don't want to get involved in all that shouting stuff even when it's to help save something they're supposed to love.
