How is your memory these days?

I remember him scoring the winner in our home game against Spurs in 1960/61 season. If I remember correctly Spurs were unbeaten and running away with the league. We beat them 2-1 in front of over 58000, the North stand was under construction that season so only 3 sides of the ground open to supporters. John Fantham scored our other goal.

Plenty of sniffer dogs outside. Cannot understand how so many people clearly under the influence got into the game.

Our team have just pulled off the greatest comeback in English football play off history. Darren Moore inspired the players to give us that. I hope that sinks in with a lot of the numpties who can't wait to criticise the manager and players. They have just given us a night we will remember for a long, long time.

For goodness sake, are fans so stupid they do not understand the situation with match officials. Let me enlighten you. There are fewer and fewer good officials in the game simply because of the abuse they get from fans. Think about it, these people are human not robots even VAR does not get everything right. I know one very good young referee in local football who was destined for a big future in the game. He walked away from it because he was sick of the abuse he had to put up with. We get what we deserve !!
