Refresh did not work however just opened it using a different browser (Edge instead of Chrome) and it works! Happy days.

He def has membership and has not bought a ticket. Hoping its a delay in the system so will keep trying.

Anyone know why i cannot by 2 tickets? One for myself and one for my brother. Both got membership (bought this morning). I can get 1 ticket for myself but get error when i assign to my brother. "The quantity of tickets owned by [brother] exceeds limit set by SWFC. To resolve, click 'Assign owners' and assign some of the tickets to other owners."

Well, I got in after 50 mins. The available tickets selection was bare to say the least. Family section and Cat 5. Then as I tried to get the Cat 5 tickets it froze but then Cat4 became available. Went for those then as I hit "BUY" the internet gods played a little prank on me and my whole internet connection went down for 5 mins! Thankfully when it came back up it retained my position on the ticket page. Ended up with Cat 4 Block 547. And relax.......(until Saturday that is).
