This is all very well but if SG sees the last games as a job interview he may want to give him the best chance of winning, introducing youngsters may be a luxury he thinks he cannot afford.
Also lets not forget- Chelski were of the opinion that Hutch was a replacement for Terry . Centreback was always his position , why not try him?
